摘要


番荔枝科乙醯生合成物(Annonaceous acetogenins)係番荔枝科植物特有的一類特殊長鏈脂肪族化合物。這類化合物通常具有四氫呋喃、γ-內酯或環氧等環,以及各種官能基如醇、酮、乙醯、雙鍵、雙醇等基團位於長鏈上。這一類的化合物具有很強的細胞毒性、抗癌、抗瘧疾、類抗生素作用、免疫抑制、抗蟲蛀、殺蟲等生物活性效果。本文將介紹其來源、結構分類、化學解析、生合成及生物治性等主題,並進一步介紹此類藥物發展的概況以及前景。

The phytochemistry of Annonaceous acetogenins has been studied in recent years. These long-chain compounds seem to be found only in the family of Annonaceae. The structures of Annonaceous acetogenins always possess the ring-system moieties e.g. tetrahydrofuran, γ-lactone or epoxide, and some functional groups e.g. hydroxyl, ketone, acetoxyl or double bond along with the long chain. The multiple stereocentres exhibits complicate stereochemical problems. Annonaceous plants were taken as the folk medicines to cure cancer, and their acetogenins were reported to exhibit different biological activities e.g. cytotoxicity, anti-cancer, anti-marlaria, pesticide, anti-microbial, immunosupressing effect and anti-feedant etc.. Based on past studies on the Annonaceous acetogenins of our laboratory and literatures, we report herein the history and recent development of these potent new-type compounds according to their sources, structural subclasses, structural elucidation, synthesis and biological activities in this review article.
