臺灣產番荔枝種子之活性乙醯生合成物與其細胞毒殺作用之探討

摘要


番荔枝科乙醯生合成物(Annonaceous acetogenins)多樣化的生物活性使其備受注目,如:細胞毒性、抗癌、抗寄生蟲、殺蟲等生物效果。番荔枝科植物盛產於熱帶及亞熱帶地區,其中番荔枝是台灣常見水果之ㄧ。 經由活性導引分離法,自其種子萃取物,得到29-hydroxysquamostatin D (1), squamostatin A (2), cis-12,15-squamostatin A (3), 27-hydroxneoannonin (4), squamocin B (5), squamostatin B (6), C-12,15-cis-bullatalicin (7), sylvaticin (8), squamostatin-C (9), bullatalicin (10), C-12,15 -cis-bullatanocin (11), squadiolin C (12), motrilin (13), squamocin (14), squamocin F (15), squafosacin A (16), glaucaflorin (17), bullatacin (18), asimicin (19), 24-acetylasiminacin (20), squamostatin E (21), squafosacin B (22), squafosacin C (23), 28-acetylsquamocin (24), squafosacin D (25), squafosacin E (26), annotemoyin-2 (27), squafosacin F (28), annotemoyin-1 (29), cis-annotemoyin-1 (30), uvariamicin-I (31), bullatencin (32), cis-bullatencin (33), squafosacin G (34), uvariamicin-III (35), uvariamincin-II (36) 等三十六個乙醯生合成物,其中,化合物1, 16, 20, 22, 23, 25, 26, 28, 30和34為新化合物;化合物2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 20, 21和24具有抑制人類肝癌細胞株 Hep G2之生長。

Annonaceous acetogenins are potent bioactive class of natural compounds isolated from plants of Annonaceae. This type of compounds possesses a broad spectrum of bioactivities, such as cytotoxic, antiparasitic, and immunosuppressive effects. Annona squamosa L., commonly known as custard apple or sugar apple, is the edible fruit resource in Taiwan and cultivated widely in tropical/ subtropical areas. By using bioactivity-guided fractionation, a series of Annonaceous acetogenins, including 29-hydroxysquamostatin D (1), squamostatin A (2), 12,15-cis-squamostatin A (3), 27-hydroxneoannonin (4), squamocin B (5), squamostatin B (6), 12,15-cis-bullatalicin (7), sylvaticin (8), squamostatin-C (9), bullatalicin (10), 12,15-cis-bullatanocin (11), squadiolin C (12), motrilin (13), squamocin (14), squamocin F (15), squafosacin A (16), glaucaflorin (17), bullatacin (18), asimicin (19), 24-acetylsquamocin (20), squamostatin E (21), squafosacin B (22), squafosacin C (23), 28-acetylsquamocin (24), squafosacin D (25), squafosacin E (26), annotemoyin-2 (27), squafosacin F (28), annotemoyin-1 (29), cis-annotemoyin-1 (30), uvariamicin-I (31), bullatencin (32), cis-bullatencin (33), squafosacin G (34), uvariamicin-III (35), uvariamincin-II (36) were isolate from the seeds of the species. Among them, 1, 16, 20, 22, 23, 25, 26, 28, 30, and 34, are new compounds. Compound 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 20, 21, and 24, exhibited significant and selective cytotoxicity against human hepatoma cell line, Hep G2.
