可回收低污染化學實驗器具組合之設計研究

Studies on the Designing of Recycling and Low Pollution Chemical Experimental Apparatus

摘要


利用塑膠注射筒、注射針、塑膠盒、三通塑膠活栓及一些小零件等簡易器材,加以設計組合成五種簡易實驗裝置-簡易安全氫氣製備器、簡易安全氧氣製備器、衛易安全水電解器、簡易鹵素製備器及簡易噴泉裝置。此等實驗裝置除了兼具有『低污染、可回收、省資原』的環保特性之外,在進行實驗時由於操作簡易、安全又正確,並可使化學實驗室之廢液產生及藥品消耗量大為減少,使污染降依到最小極限,真可調之為一完全符合減量減廢環保理念之綠色實驗,因此本研究中所設計也來的五套簡易實驗裝置很值得在化學實驗中加以推廣使用。

Five new simple designs of the experimental apparatus for the preparation of hydrogen, oxygen and halogen, electrolysis of water and formation of chemical fountain are described. These new designs use plastic syringes, syringe needles, plastic boxes, three-way plastic stopcocks and small materials. These new designs allow the hydrogen, oxygen ,halogen generated and fountain formated during the experimental processes to be carried out and tested easily, directly, safely, and accurately. With these new simple apparatus, the amounts of chemicals consumed and waste produced during these experiments were greated reduced in comparison with those in the traditional experiments.
