產品環保設計之整合系統研究
An Integrated Research for Product Design of Environmental Protection
摘要
本論文之目的在探究產品環保設計的對策與方法，並更進一步針對政府、廠商，消費者，建立一套完整的環保設計整合系統。當環保意識受到國際間的重視與肯定後，國內亦掀起資源回收的熱潮，由以往掩埋、焚化進化到資源回收、達到綠色消費之境界，更向產品源頭－設計開發做起。但因始終無一治本的整合計畫而使其成效不彰。因此，如何在國內建立一套完整的整合系統並宣導政府法令、鼓吹廠商協助及全民積極參與，已成為當務之急。而本論文針對產品設計與資源回收做了全盤性的瞭解與探討，研擬了產品環保設計方法對策，並導出了一套產品環保設計整合系統，不但可減少資源、能源的消耗，更可使生態達到平衡以提昇生活品質。

The purpose of this paper is to research the rules and strategies and to develop an integrated system for product design of environmental protection. Since all nations paid attention to the consciousness of environmental protection, people in Taiwan had made an eager action of resource recycling, green consumption, even the green design of products. However, its performance is not good enough because of the lack of integrated system for resource usage. Therefore it is an urgent task to build up an integrated recycling system. This paper surveys the impact of product design and development to natural environment and also establishes the rules and strategies for product design of environmental protection. Furthermore, an integrated system are created to connect all jobs from the product design to resource recycling. The goal of this whole system is to reduce resource waste and finally to improve life quality.
