EVA聚合物之材質特性及居家安全設計應用

摘要


本研究透過EVA(Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate copolymer,醋酸乙烯共聚物)的材質特性,透過試驗發展的方式,讓材料特性的應用得以延伸,經分析市面常運用EVA材質特性的產品,透過歸納比較,得知較常運用之特性如:輕巧、柔軟、防震、隔熱、輕盈、替換、防震、防滑、舒適、隔熱等特性,而透過進步的技術,材料的可變性也就不斷的擴大,產品的多樣性也不斷增加。經由了解EVA材質特性有特殊的屬性與需求,來延伸出更多的可能以試驗發展的方式來了解EVA材質特性,首先從生活居家安全需求中,(1)EVA材質與其他產品的有效結合,探討其中的可能性及未來性,(2)透過EVA材質與需求中的搭配,來了解更多EVA材質的運用性,(3)透過與居家產品及傢俱的結合使EVA材質能有效的改善我們的居家安全。本研究主要了解市面上產品使用上的優缺點。經由文獻中主要探討之居家環境安全之問題,透過試驗性的構想發展來延伸。與市面上之類似產品相互較, 經比較歸納出透過EVA材質的改善後,為市面上產品所帶來的優點,透過EVA材質特性所增加的附加價值。經由EVA材質的改善,來提升生活上的便利性及安全。

The research is based on characteristic of Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate copolymer, EVA, an acetic acid ethylene copolymer. By analyzing market condition of utilizing the EVA products, comparing and organizing, EVA includes characteristic of: lightness, soft, quakeproofed, heatproof, easy to replace, the skid prevention, comfortable. With all these consequences, EVA is required on product of home lives and expanded its uses. By understanding EVA characteristic by developing, concluding the home safety, EVA expands and combines with a product which expands the uses of EVA effects. Also EVA expands the uses of probability and possibility in the future. Combining with life demand products, EVA avoids one being hurt. By understanding how foamed EVA is formed in material, one can understand how EVA works. The main point in this research is looking into the EVA’s advantageous and disadvantageous. According to the chapter two in literature of home safety, I developed the concepts by experiment and compared it with other similar products. EVA’s improvement was compared and organized which brings the EVA’s products more advantageous. Through adding the value of EVA products to understand EVA’s advantageous, the product’s material can be replaced by EVA. Also EVA products can ameliorate people’s lives and the uses of convenience.
