摘要
亞碸是一種重要的有機硫化合物，在合成上的應用非常廣泛。本文介紹了手性亞碸的主要制候方法和由亞碸基誘導的不對稱反應，以及使用亞碸作為手性誘導劑所合成的一些重要天然產物。

Sulfoxide is an important and widely used functional group in organic synthesis. This paper describes the preparation of chiral sulfoxides and their applications in various asymmetric transformations. The uses of chiral sulfoxides in natural products syntheses are also highlighted.
