摘要


本文基于四環素對分別固定于增塑的聚氯乙烯膜上的兩個苯并噁唑類化合物的熒光猝滅,研制了測定水溶液中四環素的熒光光纖傳感器,詳細討論和比較了這兩個傳感器對四環素的響應性能。分別確定了四環素和兩個苯并噁唑類化合物之間的復合比和平衡常數。將所研制的傳感器用于商品藥片中四環素含量的測定,結果令人滿意。

Optical fiber sensors for tetracycline based on fluorescence quenching of benzoxazole compounds dissolved in plasticized poly(vinyl chloride) membrane have been prepared. Also included is the discussion and comparison of sensing response characteristics. The complex ratios and equilibrium constants between tetracycline and the compounds have been determined, respectively. The proposed sensors can be used for the determination of tetracycline in three pharmaceutical preparations with a satisfactory result.
