摘要

本文主要將近年來固態附著試劑的發展及其對組合化學甚至於對天然物合成的影響作一概括性的整理。文章主要分為三部份：(一)固態附著試劑的應用。(二)固態附著催化劑的開發。(三)固態附著試劑在藥物合成及天然物合成上的應用。由於這些固態附著試劑成功地被應用在多樣化的合成反應中，可預期地它將在組合化學的未來發展，扮演重要的角色。

This article summarizes the recent applications of solid-support reagents in combinatorial chemistry and natural product synthesis. It includes three parts: (1) the applications of general solid-support reagents. (2) the development of solid -support catalysts. and (3) drug discovery and natural product synthesis by solid support reagents. Those successful examples demonstrate that more frequent useage of solid support reagents in the development of small molecule libraries well be highly expected.
