The purpose of this study was primarily to examine the improvement of learning general chemistry in the lessons of atomic structure and electron configuration through web-based collaborated learning and regular learning, and to analyze students' computer anxiety as well as the progress of low-level, medium-level, and high-level in their achievement. Ultimately, the collected questionnaire data of collaborated learning could be employed to the quantitative studies. We have designed the chemistry website, which is based upon the theory of web-based collaborated learning from specialists in the field of chemistry, education, and website construction. This study was examined by employing Solomon four-group design of quasi-experimental research and by collecting samples from 201 students studying at Cardinal Tien College of Nursing. The obtained resulting data were analyzed by using statistics way of mean, standard deviation, t-test, and coefficient of variance. It could be employed to investigate the difference between web-based collaborated learning and regular learning.
