摘要

本篇報告簡述抗癌天然藥物研發的歷史與重要性，並且介紹目前研發的方法及進展。文中並列舉數項抗癌天然藥物的範側，如glyfoline、podophyllotoxin、vinblastine、taxol、camptothecin與annonaceous acetogenins。並向讀者說明這些範例的研發過程、臨床運用、作用機轉、優缺點及目前的研發方向。

General methods for development and discovery of antitumor agents from plant kingdom are briefly described. The development, antitumor activity, mechanism of action, and clinical application of several naturally occurring antitumor agents, such as glyfoline, podophyllotoxin, vinblastine, taxol, camptothecin, and annonaceous acetogenins and their analogues are cited in this article as examples for the research in the field of natural antitumor agents.
