最近植物抗癌成分之發現與進展
Recent Progress in the Discovery and Development of Plant Antitumor Agents
摘要
本綜說簡述目前及早期有關天然植物抗癌成分之發現與最新之進展。其中包括現時應用於臨床及臨床試驗中之各種活性成分以及著者之研究室十五年來在此一類領域之研究成果。本文著重於最近新發現之抗癌成分，其結構與活性之關係及作用機序之討論。

Recent and previous studies on numerous novel plant antitumor agents which are in current clinical uses, clinical or preclinical trials, as well as those discovered and developed from the author’s laboratory during the past 15 years, have been reviewed briefly with emphasis on the discussion of the most recent new findings of active compounds, their structure-activity relationships and mechanisms of action.
