竹炭/奈米銀抗菌之布製備及抗菌活性研究

Preparation and Antibacterial activity of Non-woven Fabric with Bamboo Charcoal/Silver

摘要


本文以具有吸附功能的竹炭為載體,奈米銀為抗菌劑,合成竹炭/奈米銀抗菌複合材料,經連續浸染及烘乾過程將不同比例的竹炭/奈米銀抗菌複合材料塗覆於不織布纖維表面,製成抗菌織布,做為抗菌醫療敷料應用研究。本研究以XRD、SEM(EDX)和TEM分析抗菌織布結構特性、銀含量及抗菌複合材料在纖維上的分散情形。抑菌度/殺菌度試驗則是以金黃色葡萄球菌(S. aureus)、枯草桿菌(B. subtilis)、綠膿桿菌(P. aeruginosa)、大腸桿菌(E. coli)、抗甲氧苯青黴素金黃色葡萄球菌(MRSA)、抗環丙沙星綠膿桿菌(CRPA)及大腸桿菌勝任細胞(E. coli JM 109)為目標菌,透過懸液定量殺滅試驗和抑菌環試驗檢測抗菌織布的殺菌、抑菌能力。

The bamboo charcoal/Ag composites with adsorption and antibacterial efficacy were synthesized and incorporated in fabric matrix to be an antibacterial fabric. These antibacterial fabrics were sterile and could be useful in wound healing and antibacterial material to prevent or to minimize infection with pathogenic bacteria. The bamboo charcoal/Ag and its antibacterial fabric were characterized by silver content, silver particle size, distribution and antibacterial properties with XRD, SEM(EDX) and TEM. Taking Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, MRSA, CRPA and E. coli JM 109 as target bacteria, suspension quantitative bactericidal test and inhibitory test were carried out.
