磁性奈米材料在生物醫學的應用

摘要

近年來磁性奈米材料由於具有獨特的磁性性質而受到相當的矚目，尤其是在生物醫學領域，以磁性奈米材料為基礎所發展出來的技術與應用都有相當的價值潛力。在所有的磁性奈米材料當中，其中以氧化鐵奈米材料最受到注意，因為氧化鐵奈米材料具有良好的生物相容性、低細胞毒性、無害的代謝產物。磁性材料在生物醫學的主要應用目前有磁性純化分離技術、藥物傳遞、溫熱治療和磁共振造。本文將主要介紹氧化鐵奈米粒子在生物醫學領域的各種主要應用以及其未來的發展。

Because living systems know what to do with them, iron oxide nanoparticles have been common magnetic materials in numerous biomedical applications such as magnetic diagnosis, drug delivery carriers, bioseparation, and AC magnetic field-facilitated hyperthermia in cancer cells. Herein, the introduction of iron oxide nanopaticles as well as applications in biomedicine would be surveyed.
