金屬奈米團簇於化學發光分析應用

Applications of Metal Nanoclusters in Chemiluminescence

摘要


金屬奈米團簇包括金奈米團簇、銀奈米團簇和銅奈米團簇,由於其類分子性質、強螢光和良好的生物相容性在分析化學等領域引起廣泛的關注。近年來,這些金屬奈米團簇在化學發光分析領域中,也嶄露頭角,並具有廣泛的應用。它們在化學發光系統中多扮演催化劑或者能量受體。本文主要介紹了金屬奈米團簇的製備方法及其在化學發光分析中的應用。最後,簡單總結了金屬奈米團簇在化學發光分析研究中的現況並評估所面臨的挑戰與應用前景。

Fluorescent metal nanoclusters including gold nanoclusters, silver nanoclusters and copper nanoclusters have attracted much attention in many fields because of their molecule-like optical properties, strong fluorescence and good biocompatibility. In recent years, those metal nanoclusters also show wide applications in chemiluminescence analysis by act as catalysts or energy acceptor. In this mini review, we summarize the metal nanoclusters from the viewpoints of synthesis and recent applications in chemiluminescence analysis. Finally, brief summary and future challenges are included.
