摘要


近年鈣鈦礦太陽能電池蓬勃發展,憑藉其低製作成本、高效率等顯著優點,迅速成為新興太陽能電池領域的研究重點。其中又以正結構(n-i-p)鈣鈦礦太陽能電池具備較高的光電轉換效率,因此本文將針對此系統做一延伸說明,並討論鈣鈦礦太陽能電池元件常見的電流-電壓(J-V)遲滯現象的原因,以及藉由鈣鈦礦介面處理與2維/3維鈣鈦礦混合做法,對於鈣鈦礦太陽能電池的光電轉換性能與元件穩定性提升也將一併介紹。

In recent years, perovskite solar cells have flourished, and with their significant advantages such as low production cost and high efficiency, they have rapidly become the hot topics in the field of emerging solar cells. Among them, the regular structure (n-i-p) perovskite solar cell has higher conversion efficiency. This article will provide an extended description of this system and discuss the causes of current-voltage (J-V) hysteresis that are common in perovskite solar cell measurements. Perovskite interface treatment and 2D/3D perovskite mixing practices for the improvement of performance and stability of perovskite solar cells are also discussed.
