摘要


近年來,摩擦奈米發電機(TENG)的發展使得外界環境的機械能能夠被收集轉換成電能,從而在無需外接電源的情況下,作為抗菌系統的電力來源。在此,我們介紹了TENG在抗菌領域的一些重要應用,包括空氣淨化系統、水淨化系統、傷口癒合治療系統。我們簡要介紹了抗菌電極材料和TENG的抗菌機制,強調了TENG具備殺菌功能的原因是藉由材料表面的特性(如:產生高壓電場、促使活性氧物質生成等)。然而,以TENG為自供電抗菌系統的基礎仍然存在許多挑戰,包括如何生產大尺寸發電機、如何提升輸出性能以及如何提升使用時間之長度。我們提供了與下一代自供電抗菌系統相關的挑戰和潛在解決方案的觀點。在未來,與傳統的抗菌系統相比,以TENG為基礎的抗菌系統將成為極具前景的替代方案。

In recent years, the development of triboelectric nanogenerators (TENG) enables the mechanical energy of the external environment to be harvested and converted into electrical energy, thus serving as a power source for antibacterial systems without an external power source. Here, we introduced some significant applications of TENG in antibacterial fields, including air disinfection systems, water treatment systems, wound healing treatment systems. We briefly introduced the antibacterial electrode materials and the antibacterial mechanism of TENG, emphasizing that the reason why TENG has the bactericidal function is through the characteristics of the material surface (such as generating high-voltage electric field, promoting the generation of reactive oxygen species, etc.). However, there are still many challenges for utilizing TENG as the basis for self-powered antibacterial systems, including how to produce large size TENG, how to improve output performance, and how to improve the length of use time. We provided perspectives on challenges and potential solutions associated with next-generation self-powered antimicrobial systems. In the future, TENG-based antibacterial systems will be a promising alternative compared to traditional antibacterial systems.
