HEURISTIC EVALUATION OF THE USABILITY OF LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (MOODLE) AT EASTERN MEDITERRANEAN UNIVERSITY

This research presents a heuristic evaluation of the usability of the LMS interface for use with student environmental management based at Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU). Also, heuristic evaluation of the usability should be used to assess the problems with Moodle in the learning management systems. From the analysis, the majority of instructors stated that the system works properly, and they do not face problems while working with it. Furthermore, they have understood that it would be better to expand the system by a uploading new material such as recovery option and hide/unhide material options.
