教練領導行為及球員的人格特質對於整個籃球隊的凝聚力具有一定程度的影響力;領導者的領導風格或行為與組織成員的人格特質皆有可能影響組織整體的凝聚力,進而影響組織績效,故本研究旨於探討球員人格特質、教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力之關係。本研究以參加「中華民國大專校院105學年度籃球運動聯賽一般男、女生組」之籃球運動代表隊員為研究對象,有效樣本共462份。結果顯示,人格特質對團隊凝聚力有部分顯著影響,其中神經質對社會凝聚力有負向顯著影響;開放性對工作凝聚力有負向顯著影響。教練領導行為對團隊凝聚力有部分顯著影響,其中專制行為對社會凝聚力及工作凝聚力皆有負向顯著影響;訓練與指導行為對工作凝聚力有正向顯著影響;關懷行為對工作凝聚力有負向顯著影響。
Coach leadership behavior and personality traits of players in the basketball team will impact the team cohesion. Leader behavior and members personality traits may have an impact to the cohesion of the entire organization, extended affecting organizational performance. Therefore, this study will examine the relationship among personality traits of players, leadership behavior of coach and team cohesion. This study adopts UBA man and woman general teams to be sample, and collects 462 of questionnaire. The results showed, some personality traits partial significantly impact on team cohesion. Moreover, neurotic personality has negatively relation with social cohesion, and openness personality has negatively relation with working cohesion. In addition, some coach leadership behaviors partial significantly impact on team cohesion. Moreover, autocratic behavior has negatively relation with social and working cohesion, training and coaching behavior positively impact on working cohesion, and caring behavior negatively impact on working cohesion.
