本研究之目的係依Bass之轉型領導理論,來分析運動教練運用不同領導風格對選手運動成績表現與選手滿意度的影響。並探討不同背景變項(性別、訓練年資、最高運動成就與運動項目類別)的選手所知覺的運動教練領導風格與選手滿意度之差異情形。 本研究係以我國三所體育學院之運動代表隊選手為研究對象,並以研究者自編問卷為研究工具,進行問卷調查,共發出問卷568份,有效回收493份。經由調查問卷所蒐集到之初級資料,根據本研究之目的,分別以描述統計、單因子多變項變異數分析以及階層迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析與討論。 本研究主要發現如下: 一、 不同訓練年資、運動項目類別的選手所知覺的運動教練領導風格有顯著差異。不同訓練年資、運動項目類別之選手滿意度有顯著差異。 二、 運動教練不同領導風格對選手運動成績表現與選手滿意度有不同的影響。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of coaches’ leadership styles on satisfaction and performance of athletics according to Bass’s transformational leadership theory. The differences of the awareness of coaches’ leadership styles and athletic satisfaction by athletics with individual variables (gender, training period, best sports achievement and sports items) were analyzed. The samples were the sport team athletes of three Physical Education Colleges in Taiwan. The instrument was the questionnaire conducted by the researcher. 568 samples filled the questionnaire and 493 questionnaires were valid. Those collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, one-way MANOVA, and hierarchical regression analysis. The major findings of this study were: 1. There existed significant difference in awareness of coaches’ leadership styles by athletes with different training periods and sports. There also existed significant difference in athletic satisfaction of athletes with different training periods and sports. 2. Various leadership styles influenced athletic performance and satisfaction in different degrees.
