背景與目的:台灣護理學生的實習壓力與身心健康問題日漸受到重視。本研究目的以結構方程式(SEM)驗證大腸激躁症(IBS)護生之壓力因應模式。材料及方法:本研究以東部某科技大學護理科系學生為對象,為問卷調查法,採立意取樣,共收案389人,以結構方程式驗證壓力因應模式。結果:實習護生之神經質人格特質、實習壓力、負向因應行為、大腸激躁症症狀、與焦慮及憂鬱情緒呈現顯著相關,大腸激躁症組在神經質人格特質、實習壓力、腸道嚴重度、焦慮與憂鬱狀態皆高於無大腸激躁症組。結論:結構方程式驗證壓力因應模式有良好的適配度。本研究結果有助於瞭解大腸激躁症護生之相關因子。
Background and aims: The irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a common chronic gastrointestinal dysfunction disease. Studies have shown that stress and anxiety co-exist with IBS. Female nursing students in Taiwan commonly exhibit physical and psychological health problems caused by academic stress. The main purpose of this study was verify the stress-coping model of IBS in nursing college students through structure equation model (SEM). Material and the method: The nursing students were selected from an Eastern university of science and technology in Taiwan. A convenience sampling technique was used to recruit 389 students participating in the study. The SEM was used to examine the stress-coping model for IBS. Results: The research variables, including neurotic personality trait, practicum stress, negative coping, IBS symptoms as well as negative emotion, were significantly correlated with each other. The IBS group reported to have higher degree of neurotic personality trait, practicum stress, anxiety and depression compared to non-IBS group. Conclusion: The SEM verify the stress-coping model has a good fit. The results of this study could provide an in-depth understanding of risk factors of IBS, self-management skills and possible influencing factor for further intervention design.
