本研究採用文獻分析法回顧研究者於108與109學年度執行勞動部勞動力發展署《補助大專校院辦理就業學程計畫》之實施成效,爾後輔以訪談法訪談四名參與計畫之大專校院學生,蒐集相關資料,作為探討臺灣教保相關產業就業學程實施成效之參考。依據訪談內容,參訓學員提出:淘汰與更新師資、增加參訪次數、增添設施設備、減少問卷填寫次數、延長職場體驗時數、擴增參訪機構類型、提高補助金額、延續部分活動(如:教具製作競賽、成果展、就業博覽會、寶寶劇場)等八項建議。本研究根據上述結論,提出共六項分別對於主管教育行政機關、大專校院及計畫主持人之建議,亦提出對於未來相關研究之三項建議。
This study conducted literature analysis to review the effectiveness of the career programs implemented by the researcher from the academic year of 2019 to 2020 according to the Project of Career Program Grants for Universities held by the Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor. Four students who participated in the career programs were then interviewed, with relevant data being collected, for investigating the implementation effectiveness of career programs for early childhood education-related industries. The interviewed students suggested the following eight recommendations for the career programs: discharging inadequate teachers and recruiting new ones, increasing the number of times of institution visits, increasing required facilities, reducing the frequencies of filling in questionnaires, extending the number of hours of workplace experience, expanding the types of institutions to be visited, increasing the amount of grants, and continuing to hold some activities (e.g., teaching aid making competition, achievement exhibition, job fair, and baby theatre). According to the interview results, this study proposed six recommendations for the education authorities, universities, and career program directors, as well as three recommendations for future studies.
