系統動態對國中數學學習之應用

The System Dynamics Model of Junior High School Students on Learning Mathematics

摘要


在教育研究上,國中學生於數學學習成效的相關變數是眾多且複雜的,近期的研究認為數學學習的成效應該以多元的觀點來進行分析。然而現今對於學習成效的研究方法常使用一般社會科學的靜態研究,對於複雜與環環相扣的動態現象則欠缺討論。因此,本研究嘗試建構出有關數學學習成效的動態系統來進行非靜態的討論,以宏觀的角度來探討國中學生在數學科學習上之動態行為改變之情形。本研究模擬結果發現教師的教學熱忱與學生的學習成效有著正向的關係。此外學生的學習壓力與學生的評量成績有反向的趨勢出現。再者本研究已成功地將長期以來對數學學習成效僅限於在靜態探討的情況推廣到動態探討的層次,並使本研究更貼近實際的現況。此外本研究乃運用Vensim套裝軟體進行模式構建與動態模擬,因此本研究具有高度的重現特性,亦即當現況發生改變時,只要將其系統輸入參數加以修改就可輕易地模擬系統的行為並進行分析比較。有鑑於此,本研究對於國中學生於數學科的學習成效之行為模擬與探討,著實提供一有價值的工具。

The related variables associating mathematics learning efficiency of junior high school students are complicated, and thus the mathematics learning efficiency should be discussed through the diverse perspectives in educational studies. The current research methods of learning efficiency are mainly discussed with the static approach. However, the complicate dynamic phenomenon about the related variables of learning efficiency could not be discussed. This study not only tries to construct a dynamic system to investigate the non-static learning efficiency of mathematics for junior high school students, but also finds out the changes of learning behavior of students through overall perspectIves. The simulated results show that teaching enthusiasm and study effectiveness present positive relationship, and study pressure and test score reveal the negative relationship. Actually, this paper successfully extends the static investigations of learning efficiency of mathematics to dynamic perspective, and makes this study more close to reality. This study owns a highly repeated characteristic because its simulation procedure is conducted by packaged software (Vensim). In summary, this study can be regarded as a valuable tool of mathematics learning efficiency of junior high school students because it can easily duplicate to solve other cases by changing its input parameters only.
