建構專業體育休閒人才之培育模式

體育休閒專業人才的缺乏影響著其發展的廣度和深度，因此培養大批體育休閒娛樂人才對體育休閒娛樂產業的發展以及大眾日常性的體育休閒娛樂活動服務極其重要。另外，對體育休閒娛樂理論、人才學基礎理論、人才培養模式理論進行綜述研究，明確表示出體育休閒娛樂和人才概念的內涵以及人才培養模式的內容，其中，人才培養模式包括人才培養目標和人才培養措施兩大體系，後者又包括培養制度、課程體在、教學過程和實施評價四項內容，而課程體系、又是人才培養措施的核心部分。從培養目標、課程體系、教學過程、評價主體四個角度對考察所得的經驗進行分析研究，得出世界體育休閒娛樂人才培養模式的未來發展趨勢，以明確體育休閒娛樂人才培養模式的構建方向。本研究並分析傳統體育中所蘊含的休閒娛樂因素和當前體育教育運作模式的特點，選取各大學體育科學學院與休開學系作為個案調查，深入考察當前社會體育專業及其體育休閒娛樂方向人才的培養情況，為構建體育休閒娛樂人才培養模式尋找現實土壤。最後，結合世界體育休閒娛樂人才培養的發展趨勢，依社會體育專業來構建體育休閒娛樂人才培養模式。首先構建體育休閒娛樂人才的培養類型目標和培養規格目標體系，再根據培養目標設置包含傳統體育內容的現代體育休閒娛樂課程體系，主張實行以學分制為主的培養制度，強調合理的教學原則和科學的評價體系，來確保課程體系的順利實施，從而構建起富有「通識教育」精神的體育休閒娛樂人才培養模式。
