摘要


本文旨在透過文獻分析,探討教練式領導的技巧與應用,作為幼兒園園長領導實務的參考。首先,探討幼教政策環境的改變及領導實務的重要性,藉以論證幼兒園園長具備教練式領導的必要性;次則分析教練式領導的基本概念;第三則探討教練式領導的內涵與技巧;第四則探討應用教練式領導的注意事項;最後根據文獻探討結果提出結論與建議。

This paper aims to explore the skills and applications of coaching leaders through literature analysis and serve as a reference for the leadership practice of kindergarten directors. First, it discusses the changes in the preschool education policy environment and the importance of leadership practices, in order to demonstrate the necessity of the kindergarten director to have coaching leadership; Second, analyze the basic concepts of coaching leadership; The third section discusses the connotation and skills of coaching leaders; The fourth discusses the application of coach-type leadership attention; Finally, according to the results of literature research, some conclusions and suggestions were made.
