大學生社會意識、合作學習、社區服務與公民素養態度

The College Students' Attitudes toward Social Awareness, Collaborative Learning, Community Service, and Civic Literacy

摘要


為深入探究大學生對社區服務與公民素養態度的思考意向和影響因素,研究者關注大學生對承擔社會責任與採取合作學習模式解決社會問題的想法,並分析大學生投入社區服務工作以實踐公民素養的學習效益。本研究運用問卷調查蒐集大學生對公民素養態度影響因素之樣本資料,研究者自編「大學生社區服務與公民素養問卷」,涵蓋「社會意識」、「合作學習」、「社區服務」與「公民素養」等4個層面;並運用結構方程模式檢定樣本資料,進行兩階段之測量模式和結構模式分析,考驗模型適配度之合理性與研究假設之顯著性。研究結果指出大學生社會意識正向影響合作學習態度,大學生社區服務態度受到社會意識與合作學習之正向影響,且社會意識與合作學習共同影響大學生公民素養態度之整體建構。研究者最後根據結論提出具體實踐策略與未來研究建議方向。

In order to explore the cognitive perceptions and impact factors between community service and civic literacy for college students, the researchers focused on their considerations of social responsibility and collaborative learning to resolve social problems. The researchers analyzed the advantages of the engagement in community service and the practices of civic literacy for college students. This study used a survey method to explore college students' intentions of civic literacy and related factors. The questionnaire consisted of four factors, including social awareness, collaborative learning, community service, and civic literacy. We employed structural equation modeling to analyze sample data by the measurement model and structural model, and tested the model fitness and the statistical significances of hypothesized latent constructs. The results showed that college students' attitudes toward social awareness positively affected their performance of collaborative learning. Their perception of community service was influenced by social awareness and collaborative learning. The college students' attitudes toward social awareness and collaborative learning positively influenced their perceptions of civic literacy. Finally, the researchers proposed practical strategies and suggestions for future research based on the results of this study conducted.
