醫管人員專業角色定位之探討

目的：由於全民健保的實施及醫療環境的快速變遷，使得醫療機構對醫管人員的需求逐漸增加，因此本研究將探討醫管人員對其專業角色的看法。方法：本研究以醫管人員為研究對象進行問卷調查，共發出問卷350份，回收261份，回收率為74.6%。結果：各受訪者在專業角色方面之定位以品管管控、作業流程管理、人力資源管理、病例檔案管理及資材管理為主要之專業工作。結論：在醫管人員急速增加的情形之下，唯有走向專業化才能鞏固醫管人員在就業市場的地位。

Object With the implementation of the National Health Insurance program and rapid changes in medical care environment , health care services' needs and roles of hospital managers are increasing accordingly. So this study is to find out the professional role of the hospital managers. Methods The main target of this investigation are the hospital managers , This study sends 350 questions and received 261 back.(74.6% of the questionnaires received back). Results The following are the professional roles and functions of the hospital management according to the point of view of interviewee. Quality control management. procedures management of man power. management of patients' records-managent. supplymamagement should of hospital be shared by there professional persons. Conclusions With the speeding rate in the increase in hospital managers, it is very important to promote the professional role of hospital managers.
