五專護生於臨床實習之經驗感受與學習動機研究

To Analysis the Experience and Learning Motivation inClinical Practice for Nursing Students of Junior College

摘要


護理是一種專業,任何一種專業的養成皆需多種教學方式及訓練過程,臨床護理實習即是護理專業養成特有的一種學習方式、是印證課室所學最好的方式,且是進入臨床工作前很重要的一個訓練過程。要執行全人各方面的護理照護,護理科系學生除在課室習得專業學識、技能及態度外,實際的臨床照護更能促進護理專業的養成。在臨床實習期間,護生所經歷過的經驗感受及學習動機的引發,將對日後成為專業護理人員有極大的影響。所以,如何幫助護生於臨床實習期間獲得有效的學習,則有賴於相關單位及人員的共同努力。有鑑於此,本研究利用相關文獻資料,針對臨床護理實習期間,五專護生所經歷過的看法、感受及學習動機作一訪談研究。此研究結果將有助於改善五專護理之臨床教學,並可以運用於其他相關領域的臨床實習。

Nursing is a specialized field. To form the profession needs multiple learning modes and training processes. Clinic practice is the best modes to substantiate theoretical framework. It is also an essential training before conducting clinical tasks. For making holistic care that nursing students have to learn professional knowledge, skill and attitude. And also must learn clinic practical nursing. The experience and learning motivation that nursing students to go through in the practical training will effect nursing professional. This study to review related literature and interview how students go through the experience of clinic practical. The results of this study will help the clinic practice for nursing students of junior college. It is also to perform the clinic practice of other.
