本研究之目的在於接受心肺甦醒術課程介入後學生對急救知識、態度改善情形及影響知識、態度和技能之因素。研究方法採問卷調查及技能考核法,研究工具包括知識、態度量表及技能考核表。於中部某科技大學二技非護理系學生,隨機抽取125位學生作為研究對象,扣除填答不全及隨意勾選者,計有116位,介入組有70位,對照組有46位學生。研究結果顯示接受課程介入後對知識及態度呈現顯著改善成效。對心肺甦醒術知識及態度產生顯著差異的變項有性別、證照、老人同住。急救重要性及急救勇氣態度之改善與急救意願態度成顯著正相關。顯著預測影響知識改善的因素有是否接受課程訓練、性別、訓練經驗;顯著預測影響態度及意願改善的因素有是否接受課程訓練、性別;顯著預測影響急救必要性態度改善的因素有性別、老人同住。未發現會顯著影響技能因素。希望藉由研究結果作為急救課程改善依據,並能在達成教育部健康教育預期目標之際,使受訓學生遇到意外事故時能願意及正確對需要者施以急救。
The purpose of this study is to explore the knowledge, attitude and skill to the CPR of the students after training program. The tools of this study include questionnaire, knowledge, attitude and the skill scales of the CPR. 125 students were chosen randomly, test have been done after 4 hours CPR training program. Only 116 students (intervention group: 70 control group:46)were qualified to compare the difference of the intervention of the training program. The results reveal that the knowledge and attitudes of the CPR significant improve. Correlation of the importance, courage attitude and the willing attitude of the CPR are significant. Those factors influence the knowledge, attitude of CPR are intervention, sex, training experience. No factors significant influence the skill of CPR. The results of this study are hopefully to facilitate the revising of the CPR training program and to improve the knowledge, attitude, and skill of CPR.
