園所長對初任教保人員的專業知能期待與培訓之探討

Explore the Expectations and In-Service Training Program of Early Childhood Institutes' Directors for Novice Preschool Teachers' Content Knowledge

摘要


本研究的目的有二:一、職場中的園所長他/她們對初任教保人員期待專業知能為何?二、他/她們如何進行自己機構的教保人員的培訓,使初任教保人員能融入職場?本研究所採用的的是訪談法,受訪者24人。本研究發現四點:1、初任教保人員對自己困境的認知和園長的認知有相同之處;2、園所長認為初任教保人員能力不足之處,在教保培育機構裡皆有其課程;3、「師徒制」與「團體刺激與激盪」的運用是融入情境的最佳方法;4、及早融入該就業機構的情境中,是園所長所迫切期待的。

There are two major purposes of this paper One is to explore the expectations of the early childhood institutions' directors for novice teachers' content knowledge; one is to learn that the directors how to do the in-service training program for novice teachers. Using interview research to interview 24 directors. This paper has four findings are listed below 1. Novice teachers and early childhood institutions' director has the same recognization about novice teachers' insufficient abilities in practice teaching. 2. The directors think those abilities what the novice teachers need to be strengthen the teacher education institution has offered the about the same content. 3. Apprentice and group brain storm are the two main ways to let the novice teachers get involved into the teaching practice. 4. The directors expect the novice teachers could get involved into the teaching practice as soon as possible.
