TFT-LCD製造業安全文化量表之發展

The Development of Safety Culture Scale in a TFT-LCD Manufacturing Industry

摘要


組織建立正面的安全文化可達成卓越的安全績效。本研究旨在發展具有良好效度及信度的安全文化量表,以作爲評估光電產業TFT-LCD廠安全文化之工具。本研究以立意抽樣,抽取中台灣某光電產業TFT-LCD廠的主管及工程師共120名,發送每人一份問卷,結果回收有效樣本數爲91份,回覆率爲75.83%。經以SPSS執行因素分析及內部一致性分析,結果抽取員工活動與關係、時間與空間及員工人性的基本假定等三個因素,其特徵值皆大於2.0,累積解釋變異量達到70.24%;此外,三個分量表及整體量表的Cronbach Alpha 皆大於0.86。根據結果顯示,本研究所發展的安全文化量表具有良好的效度及信度。

Organizations construct positive safety culture, and then may promote excellent safety performance. This study aims to develop a safety culture scale (SCS) with construct validity and reliability that can be employed to evaluate the safety culture in the Photoelectric Industries of Taiwan. The authors adopted judgmental sampling to obtain data from 120 managers and engineers in a TFT-LCD manufacturing industry in central Taiwan. The total valid respondents are 91, with a 75.83% response rate. The authors conducted factor analysis and internal consistence analysis with SPSS and extracted three factors: assumptions about activity and relationships, assumptions about time and space, assumptions about human nature. Each eigen-value is over 2.0 and the accumulated explanatory variance reaches 70.24%; moreover, Cronbach Alpha of the three sub-scales and the whole scale are more than 0.86. Thus, this SCS shows both construct validity and reliability.
