第2型糖尿病自我效能相關性之探討

摘要

本研究目的在探討第2型糖尿病患者之自我效能相關因素，以中部某區域教學醫院之第2型糖尿病患者為研究對象，以結構式問卷為收集資料之方法，有效問卷177份，結果發現：個案之疾病史、自覺健康狀況與「運動自我效能」、「足部照護自我效能」、「高低血糖預防與處理自我效能」與「整體自我效能」皆達顯著差異性；而足部單股尼龍纖維檢查與「飲食自我效能」、「運動自我效能」、「足部照護自我效能」、「藥物與血糖監測自我效能」與「高低血糖預防與處理自我效能」與「整體自我效能」皆達顯著相關性。進一步以迴歸分析結果顯示：發病時年齡與足部照護自我效能呈顯著負相關；足部單股尼龍纖維檢查與「飲食自我效能」、「運動自我效能」「足部照護自我效能」、「高低血糖預防與處理自我效能」與「整體自我效能」呈顯著正相關。另外，糖尿病患者之自覺健康狀況與「運動自我效能」「足部照護自我效能」、「高低血糖預防與處理自我效能」與「整體自我效能」呈顯著正相關。檢視其他各種解釋變項之後，由本研究得知疾病史、自覺健康狀況及足部單股尼龍纖維檢查結果能有效解釋自我效能。

The purpose of the research is to explore the related factors of self-efficacy of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients; it took type 2 diabetes mellitus patients of a regional teaching hospital in Central Taiwan as the research subjects, adopted structured questionnaire as the method of collecting the data, and there were 177 copies of effective questionnaire. The research findings are as follows: The case' medical history and the self-conscious health condition achieved significant differences on ＂exercise self-efficacy,＂ ＂foot nursing self-efficacy,＂ ＂high/ low blood sugar prevention and treatment self-efficacy, ＂and ＂self-efficacy on the whole;＂the check of Semmes-Weinstein's nylon monofilament at the foot had obvious correlation with ＂ diet self-efficacy,＂ ＂exercise self-efficacy,＂ ＂foot nursing self-efficacy,＂ ＂drug and blood sugar monitoring self-efficacy,＂＂high/ low blood sugar prevention and treatment self-efficacy, ＂and ＂self-efficacy on the whole.＂To do the regression analysis further, the results showed that the morbid age and foot nursing selfefficacy were apparently negatively related; the check of Semmes-Weinstein's nylon monofilament at the foot was conspicuously positively related to ＂diet self-efficacy,＂ ＂exercise self-efficacy,＂ ＂foot nursing selfefficacy,＂ ＂high/ low blood sugar prevention and treatment self-efficacy, ＂and ＂self-efficacy on the whole. ＂Besides, a diabetes mellitus patient's self-conscious health condition had evidently positive correlation with ＂exercise self-efficacy,＂＂foot nursing self-efficacy,＂ ＂high/ low blood sugar prevention and treatment self-efficacy, ＂and ＂self-efficacy on the whole.＂To inspect all other variables, the research indicated that the medical history, the self-conscious health condition, and the check result of Semmes-Weinstein's nylon monofilament at the foot could explain the self-efficacy effectively.
