摘要

本研究根據JCAHO（美國醫療機構評鑑聯合會）於2004年所提出之病人安全七項目標及要求為基礎，進行RFID技術於醫院開刀房手術病患安全管理之研究。本研究的目標即為提高手術病患的安全性，並整合現有的醫療資訊系統，在成本最佳化的條件下，將此RFID病患安全系統導入現有的醫療照護環境中。本研究除依照醫療照護環境的現時狀況，探討RFID與病患安全結合的可能性之外，本研究並進行實際的系統分析與設計，規劃出一可行的RFID技術建置雛型，並經過理論與實務的驗證之後，進行實際的系統開發與建置。

Based on the seven targets and requirements of patient safety of JCAHO in 2004, we plan to research on the construction of RFID technology in the operation room of hospital. In the research, we will study the possibility of combining the RFID technology and patient safety in the environment of hospital, we will construct the prototype of RFID technology, and we will transform the prototype into real system for the hospital after the verification of theory and practice. The purposes of this research are the increasing of patient safety, the integration of the existed HIS system, and the decrease of process cost.
