提升醫療自動化:以RFID監測生理資訊為例

摘要


台灣政府享有全球稱羨的健保制度,然而護理人員卻因過量超時的工作而有許多抱怨。在醫療機構中,最基本的照護就是每天生理資訊的量測。這些生理資訊是醫生診斷的重要依據,如何詳實的記錄跟保存,就顯得很重要。本研究將RFID(無線射頻辨識標籤)與生理資訊量測儀器結合,利用RFID的無線傳輸,將護理人員量測到的生理資訊,自動的傳輸到所開發的醫療資訊系統並儲存於相關資料庫中,並將以資料採礦技術分析及預測患者罹患其他重大疾病的機會。盼望這樣的自動化能減輕護理人員繁瑣的工作跟負擔,藉以提升患者的健康。

Even though the Taiwan government earns the high reputation for the medical insurance among the worlds, the nurses often complain the burnout because of the overworking. The measurement of vital signs is the most fundamental routines in medical facilities. Physicians use the vital sign to have right treatment to the patients. Thus, it is very crucial to record the vital signs correctly even though the process is tedious and time consuming. This research tries to utilize the wireless property of RFID to transmit the vital signs to a customized medical system automatically. The collected vital signs can also be further analyzed by data mining approach to predict the occurrence of serious disease. It is hope that this research can provide the medical automation to alleviate the nurses’ working load and ensure the patients’ health.
