市售九種植物萃取液抗氧化力之研究與其人體臉部肌膚之保養效用評估

Investigation of antioxidative abilities of nine commercial plant extracts and assessment of the effectiveness on human skin

摘要


本研究目的為探討市售九種植物萃取液之清除DPPH(1,1-Diphenyl-2-Picrylhydrazyl)自由基(DFRS)、總酚含量(TPC)、TEAC總抗氧化能力以及β-胡蘿蔔素漂白法之抗氧化能力。實驗結果顯示其前三名皆具有一致性,九種植物萃取液之抗氧化力前三名分別為Gigawhite^(TM)萃取液、山金車萃取液、金盞花萃取液,當樣品濃度為30 mg/mL,其清除DPPH自由基之能力分別為78.47%、71.78%與70.39%,並以Gigawhite^(TM)複合型植物萃取液之抗氧化力最為顯著。將抗氧化力前三名之萃取液添加入保養品,製成複方植物萃取精華液進行人體臉部膚質試驗,結果證實於十一項有效性之檢測項目中,平均每項至少改善8%。證實此複方植物萃取精華液對於臉部肌膚確實具有正向之改善效果。

The goal of this project is to investigate the DPPH free radical scavenging ability (DFRS), total phenolic contents (TPC), TEAC and β-Carotene bleaching assays of 9 kinds of commercial plant extracts. From the results of the four assays, Gigawhite^(TM), Phytexcell Arnica and Phytexcell Calendula are the top three among these plant extracts. At the concentration of 30 mg/ml, the top three extracts showed 78.47%, 71.78% and 70.39% of DFRS, respectively, and the complex plant extract Gigawhite^(TM) is the best one among these extracts. The top three antioxidative capacities of these extracts were used to make essential lotion and apply it on human face. From the results of the eleven efficient tests, they showed the mean values at least 8% of improvements. Therefore, this complex plant extracts of essential lotion improved the skin of human face.
