為落實全人教育以及協助學生未來職場的適應,大專校院應該更重視學生社團的發展。然而面對學生參與的日趨冷淡,以及學生來源衰竭導致經費分配弱勢等挑戰,大專校院應該瞭解社團發展的影響因素及各項因素的完善性,俾有助於擬定更有效的社團發展策略。本研究以問卷調查法進行,研究樣本為國內1,178位大專校院社團幹部。研究結果發現,社團發展的影響因素對社團發展的影響程度由高到低,依序是「學校的規劃與措施」、「學生的時間與意願」及「師長的引導」,對這些因素完善程度的期望落差由高到低也同樣是此順序,呈現出社團發展影響因素「愈重要,卻愈不完善」的現象。公立學校期望落差較私立學校大,而體能康樂性社團的期望落差傾向最高。本研究根據研究結果加以討論,並提供相關建議。
The development of college student organizations should be more emphasized when considering holistic education and students' career adaptability. The goals of this study were to examine the influencing degrees of the factors to development of college student organizations in Taiwan, and to analyze expectation gaps of theses factors between goodness and influencing degrees. The study was preceded with questionnaires surveyed to 1,178 college student organization cadres in Taiwan. Results revealed that the order of influencing degrees, from high to low, of the three factors was "schools planning and measures," "students time and willingness" and "counselors guidance." The order of expectation gaps of theses factors from high to low was the same pattern. Expectation gap was found higher for public colleges and for physical and recreational student organizations.
