辛夷精油對於大鼠運動能量代謝產物之影響

Influence of magnoliae flos essential oil on exercise energy metabolism in rat

摘要


本實驗研究對象為 Sprague-Dawley (SD)大鼠(n=36),將大鼠分為三組分別以未訓練跑步、一週訓練及二週訓練。各組又分為控制組與實驗組進行評估實驗。於運動試驗前進行靜脈埋管手術,以利自動微量採血與微透析生化分析。在精油輔助期給予各實驗組辛夷精油組。結果顯示血糖濃度方面,未訓練辛夷精油組平均值均較控制組高17.72~20.10%,一週訓練辛夷精油組平均值均較控制組高4~6%,二週訓練辛夷精油組平均值均較控制組高7%;而血乳酸濃度方面,一週訓練辛夷精油組在試驗的精油輔助期第四段20 m/min中,血乳酸低於控制組57%(P < 0.05),在回復期45分鐘內,血乳酸低於控制組36% (P < 0.05)。研究結果推論,嗅吸辛夷精油可能藉由一個或多個成分直接或間接影響運動時乳酸代謝率,進而達到抗疲勞的效果,有助於提升運動表現。

In this investigation use Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats, it were randomized assigned to 3 experimental groups (non-training, training 1 week and training for 2 weeks ), was divided into control group and experimental group on each group, the experimental group give the haling vapour of Magnoliae Flos essential oil in aroma auxiliary period. The Cannulation of Jugular vein In the experiment before to facilitate the Auto-Blood Sampling of blood and microdialysis analyzer. The results showed that the blood glucose concentration levels, experimental groups average high 4~20.10 % than the control groups; blood lactate concentration levels, the training one week sniffing blood lactic acid low 57% than the control group (P <0.05) in second 20 m/min of aroma auxiliary period. Another the training one week sniffing blood lactic acid low 36 % than the control group (P <0.05) in recovery period of 45 minutes. The results infer haling of Magnoliae Flos essential oil may be by one or more components directly or indirectly affect the lactate metabolism rate and thus to help to improve the delayfatigue to conduce exercise performance in exercise. From the experiment’s procedure, haling of Magnoliae Flos essential oil probably directly or indirectly affects the lactate metabolism rate via one or more components. It also has good effect on antifatigue and promotes exercise performance .
