本實驗研究對象為 Sprague-Dawley(SD)大鼠(n = 60),分為二個實驗,第一部分為控制組、低劑量組(50μl/h)、中劑量組(100μl/h)、高劑量組(200μl/h)檢測辛夷精油嗅吸最佳劑量;第二部分為測試嗅吸辛夷精油可否幫助運動表現,分為未跑步訓練、一週訓練和兩週訓練,各組又分為控制組與實驗組進行實驗,在精油輔助期給予各實驗組辛夷精油嗅吸以滯留次數評估運動表現。第一部分實驗結果得之50μl/h為最佳劑量。第二部分實驗結果顯示,未訓練辛夷精油組於精油輔助期之運動表現分別較控制組高33.24 %、53.77 % (P < 0.05);一週訓練之實驗組於精油輔助期之運動表現分別較控制組高 29.94 %、44.44 % (P < 0.05);兩週訓練之實驗組在精油輔助期之運動表現分別提高 18.33 %、28.98 % (P < 0.05)。綜合以上評估結果顯示,無論大鼠有無訓練,辛夷精油嗅吸對於運動表現都有顯著性差異。
This experiment aims to the effects of inhalation Magnoliae Flos essential oils during exercise. Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats (n=60) were divided into two experiments. The first part included control group, differ dose groups (50-200μl/h). The second part, we had to find out whether the Magnoliae Flos essential oil is good for exercise performance or not. We randomly assigned 3 experimental groups (non-training, training one week and training two weeks). Each group was also sub-divided into control group and experimental group. The experimental group was given the haling vapour of Magnoliae Flos Essential Oil in aroma auxiliary period. It showed that the 50μl/h oil is the best dose. And the performance of the non-training-experimental group separately raises 33.24% and 53.77% in twice exercise test under aroma auxiliary (P < 0.05). The performance of the training one -week-experimental group raises 29.94% and 44.44% in twice exercise test under aroma auxiliary (P < 0.05). However the performance of the training two-week-experimental group raises 18.33%, and 28.98% in twice exercise test under aroma auxiliary (P < 0.05). In conclusion, it doesn’t matter whether that the rat were trained or not. Magnoliae Flos essential oil caused much difference in exercise.
