摘要


實習對於學生實務知能之獲得,甚為關鍵與重要。實習課程若缺乏必要品質,學生將難以獲得能在真實情境應用的實務知識與技能。教育部近年就對實習課程甚為重視。2015年發布的「技術與職業教育法」,則規範各校每年須對實習課程績效進行自我評量。本研究的評量對象為研究者所任職學校之校內、校外與海外實習課程,目的在瞭解其實施現況、成效與值得改善之處。研究者透過專家同儕審查、檢核表、訪談及問卷調查等方式蒐集必要資料,再藉由統計與紮根理論之原理進行分析與評量。整體言之,校外實習課程評量結果優於第一次接受評量之校內與海外實習,各系實習課程品質也有差異。本研究也針對校內、校外與海外實習課程機制與成效狀況良好部份加以說明,並就值得加強之處提出改善建議。

Practica are very critical for students' acquiring practical knowledge and skills. If practica are unsatisfactory in quality, then students cannot easily obtain the practical knowledge and skills that are required in real-life situations. In recent years, the Taiwan Ministry of Education has emphasized the importance of practica. The "Technical and Vocational Education Act" issued in 2015 specifies that every school must conduct self-evaluation of the performance of practica every year. In this study, the researchers evaluated on-campus, off-campus, and overseas practica offered by the technical university where they had been serving for the purpose of determining the current conditions, achievements, and problems of the practica. Expert peer reviews, checklists, interviews, and questionnaire surveys were used to collect data, which were analyzed and evaluated using statistical and grounded theory methods. The evaluation results of the off-campus practica were generally more satisfactory than those of the on-campus and overseas practica, which were evaluated for the first time; however, the quality of every department's practica differed. This study also identified the excellent aspects of the mechanisms and achievements of on-campus, off-campus, and overseas practica and determined which aspects require improvement.
