小分子團水製法之初探

A Preliminary Study on the Preparation of Micro-Clustered Water

摘要


小分子團水定義是以^(17)O NMR測得氧吸收峰之半高寬為60-70 Hz的水。本研究以^(17)O NMR檢測7種水(悅OLight鹼性水,台O海洋鹼性離子水,統OpH9.0鹼性離子水,泰O純水,實驗室RO水,實驗室去離子水,實驗室自來水)測得氧吸收峰之半高寬為92.5-122.0 Hz,證實皆非小分子團水,但其中以自來水之半高寬最小。取2款小分子團水檢測其半高寬,分別為71.8與64.6 Hz,但經過虐待性實驗後,其半高寬提高為100.4與99.6 Hz,顯然已失去小分子團水的特性。分別添加0.01,0.2與1 %之NaCl、KCl、MgCl_2、CaCl_2無機鹽類於RO水中,造成半高寬頻率由原先RO水的99.8 Hz下降至最低38.8 Hz,顯然經由鹽類添加可以製造出小分子團水。另將1 %之KCl小分子團水進行^(17)O NMR變溫實驗(298-348 K),其半高寬由43.9 Hz遞減至17.6 Hz,且實驗溫度返回至室溫後其半高寬亦回復至43.4Hz,仍是小分子團水。本初步研究證實可製造出以^(17)O NMR測得半高寬頻率低於70 Hz的小分子團水。

According to its definition, micro cluster water has an oxygen absorption peak with 60-70 Hz of Full Width at Half Maximum (FWHM) confirmed by ^(17)O NMR test. In this study, firstly, 7 types of water (YES Light Alkaline Water, Taiyen Alkaline Ion Water, PECOS pH9.0 Alkaline Water, TAISUN Pure Water, laboratory's RO water, laboratory's de-ionized water and laboratory's tap water) were tested using ^(17)O NMR. The results indicated that the FWHM of 7 types of water fell in the range of 92.5-122.0 Hz and thus 7 types of water proved to be irrelevant to micro cluster water although tap water had the smallest FWHM. Secondly, 2 types of micro cluster water were tested. According to the results, their FWHM was 71.8 and 64.6 Hz, respectively. Upon conclusion of abusive experiment, however, their FWHM increased to 100.4 and 99.6 Hz, respectively, having no sign of micro cluster water at all. Thirdly, after 0.01, 0.2, and 1% of inorganic salts NaCl, KCl, MgCl_2, and CaCl_2 were added to RO water, the FWHM of RO water dropped from 99.8 Hz to 38.8 Hz. Apparently, micro cluster water could be produced after salts were added. Lastly, 1% of KCI micro cluster water was tested using ^(17)O NMR along with an alternating temperature experiment (298-348 K). According to the results, FWHM progressively decreased from 43.9 Hz to 17.6 Hz. As soon as experimental temperature returned to room temperature, FWHM increased to 43.4 Hz, same as micro cluster water. Based on the preliminary research results, micro cluster water with less than 70 Hz of FWHM could be produced and the results were confirmed by ^(17)O NMR test.
