研究背景與動機:大學教育的普及使年輕人就讀大學體驗大學生活的機會大幅提升。社團如同社會的縮影,社團參與對於大學教育與大學生活的了解,具有重要意義。研究目的:瞭解中部兩所大學在校學生的社團參與情形;並探討影響大學學生參與社團認知的相關因素。研究方法:本研究對象為中部兩所大學在學學生。採便利抽樣與現場發放問卷的方式進行問卷調查。總共發放700份問卷,有效問卷664份,有效回收率為95%。研究結果與建議:大學生對於參與社團之功能與價值等各構面的認知,均會因「參與社團」與「社團經驗」的不同而有顯著差異。不論身份特質為何,大學生對於參與社團在「增進人際關係」構面認知的平均得分均為各構面最高。大學生的住宿情形對其參與社團之「增進人際關係」、「改變生活」、「充實能力」及「促進自我成長」等構面的認知有顯著影響。建議大學社團指導單位與社團領導幹部,能多思考有利於通車上學或放學必須返家學生的社團參與方式與時間安排,以增加其參與社團的動機與機會。
Background: The popularity of university education has increased the opportunities for young people to experience university life. Student organizations in university as a microcosm of society, involvement in student organizations is important for the understanding of university education and university life. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the influence factors on the cognitions of participated student organizations of two universities' students in central Taiwan. Methods: This study collected data with structural questionnaire by convenience sampling method. There were 664 subjects (valid returned rate was 95% in average) invited in this study including students of two universities. Results and Suggestions: In this study, all of the dimensions of respondents' perceptions of participated student organizations showed significant differences because of "participated organization" and "organization experience". Besides, no matter personal traits, the average score of "enhance interpersonal relationships" is the highest of each cognition dimensions for the respondents. Accommodation of students showed significant differences in the dimensions of "enhance interpersonal relationships", "change life", "improve capability" and "promote self-growth". It is suggested that the guide units and leaders of student organizations can think more conducive to the open to traffic students in the way and timing in order to increase their motivations and opportunities to participated student organizations.
