Comparison of Labor Markets and Employee- Employer Relations between Britain and Germany

In order to locate multinational business，labor market and industrial relations systems are crucial factors that managers consider. This essay will describe the main differences between the labor markets and industrial relations systems of Germany and Britain. Are they converging, and if so in what ways and why? And discuss the effects of these differences on the ways firms behave, and on how successful they are.
