Factors Influencing Employees' Job Burnout: based on Samples from Logistics Enterprises in Guangdong China
摘要
In order to understand the influencing factors of job burnout among employees of logistics companies, this paper takes the employees of logistics companies as the research object, and based on the influencing factors of job burnout among scholars from various industries, using empirical data from 343 valid sample data mainly from Guangdong Province. The results show that work stress, emotional support, social support and job enrichment have a significant impact on the job burnout of employees in logistics companies. Based on the research findings, several suggestions are given to reduce the job burnout of logistics company employees.
