The corners of Mona Lisa Smiling Mouth, published in 2009, written by Wen-Yueh Lin, contains 12 essays. The main subjects of this book are related to the aesthetics, such as: appreciation, translation, mimesis, form, genre, poetics, etc. Discussions of these essays are based on author's self-description of her works: translation, writing and academic research. This book reveals the development and the totality of reflection and retrospection on author's literature career; therefore it has a significant meaning to understand the author's aesthetics. This paper is divided into three parts to present the aesthetics of Wen-Yueh Lin: Ways of Seeing, On writing' the research of the translation.
