魷魚肝油中呋喃脂肪酸之分析

Analysis of the Furan Fatty Acids in Squid Liver Oil

摘要


魷魚肝油之乙酯先經尿素結合及分子蒸餾等處理,再以氣相層析(GC)及氣相層析─質譜議(GC-MS)進行分析,可鑑定出三種伕喃脂肪酸(Furan fatty acids),分別為Ethyl 9-(3, 4-dimethyl-5-n-pentyl-furyl)-nonanoate (F_1), Ethyl 10-(3, 4-dimethyl-5-n-propyl-furyl)-decanoate (F_2),及Ethyl 10-(3, 4-dimethyl-5-n-pentyl-furyl)-decanoate (F_3)。以矽膠管柱層析法及氣相層析法分析魷魚肝油,證實F_1及F_2存在於三酸甘油酯及固醇酯(Sterol ester)中,然而F_3只存在於固醇酯中。

The ethyl esters from squid liver oil were urea fractionated, molecular distilled and then analyzed by GC and GC-MS. Three furan fatty acids were found, they were identified as ethyl 9-(3, 4-dimethyl-5-n-pentyl-furyl)-nonanoate (F_1), ethyl 10-(3, 4-dimethyl-5-n-propyl-furyl)-decanoate (F_2) and ethyl 10-(3, 4-dimethyl-5-n-pentyl-furyl)-decanoate (F_3). When the squid liver oil was fractionated with silica gel column chromatography into sterol ester and triacylglycerol fractions, the F_1 and F_2 furan fatty acids were found in both fractions while F_3 was found in sterol esters only.
