影響停經婦女服藥遵從行為相關因素之探討

摘要

停經婦女使用女性荷爾蒙藥物可減輕及治療停經症候群，為了達到預防骨質疏鬆症及心臟血管疾病，必須長期服藥，故服藥遵服從行為極為重要。本研究旨在探討停經婦女服用女性荷爾蒙藥物遵從行為與服藥認知、服藥態度、醫病關係、家庭支持行為以及個人屬性等之相關性，其結果提供護理措施及教學之參考。本研究自82年5月15日至7月20日於某醫學中心由研究者親自向門診服用女性荷爾蒙藥物治療之停經婦女以結構式問卷表施行問卷，共得108份，問卷內容採專家效度並以Cronbach's α測其信度，得佐平均為0.71，以spss/pc+進行資料統計，其結果如下:停經婦女遵從醫囑服藥者佔40.7%，家庭之支持行為偏低佔19.2%。遵從服藥行為者其服藥認知、態度、醫病關係的平均得分高於不遵從服藥行為者;家庭支持行為與是否遵從服藥行為之間無顯著差異;個人屬性中僅職等別有差異(職業女遵從行為高於家庭主婦)，其餘皆無顯著差異。

Menopause women take hormonal medication to relieve and treat the menopu-use syndrome. For preventing Osteoporosis and cardio-vascular disease, they must take hormonal medication with long-term treatment. Therefore, the drug compliant behaviors for menopause women are very important. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among knowledge, attitude, doctor-patient relationship, family support, personal background, and drug compliant behaviors of menopause women. The results of this study could assist clinical nurses and nursing educators to promote nursing interventions and nursing education. Data was collected by interviewing and questionnaire in the outpatients department at a medical center, from May 1993 to July 1993. The questionnaire had been verified by the reliability and validity. Date was analyzed using SPSS/PC+ computer programs. The major findings of this study were: (1)There was 40.70% menopause women having drug compliant behaviors. (2)The menopause women getting family support had a low score (19.2%). (3)The average score of the knowledge, attitude, doctor-patient relationship for having drug compliant behaviors was higher than the average score of those for drug noncompliant behaviors. (4) There was no significant correlation between the fawily support and drug compliant behaviors. (5) There was only patients' occupations correlating to drug compliant behaviors in personal background.
