高雄市幼稚園園長領導風格與組織積效關係之研究

Study of the Relationship between Leadership Style of Kindergartens’ Principals and Organizational Performance

摘要


近年來,國人生育意願低落,致使生育率逐漸降低,少子化現象產生,首當其衝的便是幼兒教育,於是現今不論是公、私立幼稚園都將面臨重大的挑戰。在各行各業中,如何將好的人才留住,領導者的領導風格佔有很重要的地位。因此,幼稚園園長如何運用本身之領導哲學,帶領員工創造組織績效,是需要面臨的重要課題。因此,本研究將以高雄市幼稚園為研究主體,經描述性統計、項目分析、信度檢定、因素分析、t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson 積差相關分析及層級迴歸等方法進行探究,結果顯示發現不同背景之老師及行政人員在「領導風格」與「組織績效」間具顯著認知差異,領導風格對組織績效具有顯著之影響力,且各構面間均呈現顯著正向關係。本研究根據研究結果對幼稚園業者及後續研究者提出建議。

Recently unwillingness to marry has caused the decreasing birth rate and less youngsters in our society. As a result, it impacts kid education. The issue challenges private and public kindergartens. In any field, leadership is critical to keep superb employees. In similar fashion, the leadership presented by a kindergarten head for organization performance matters. This study aims to explore kindergartens in Kaohsiung. Based on descriptive statistics, item analysis, reliability test, factor analysis, t-test, One Way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis and hierarchical regression, the result indicates that teachers and staff show significant difference between leadership and organization performance. In addition, leadership affects organization performance prominently in which each aspect is positively correlated. Finally some suggestions are made for kindergartens and future study.
