高雄縣市國小初任校長競值領導角色與教師專業承諾關係之研究

A Study of the Relationship between Beginning School Principals' Leading Role of Competing Value and Elementary School Teachers' Professional Commitment

摘要


本研究旨在探討高雄縣市國小初任校長競值領導角色與教師專業承諾之關係。發展研究工具「高雄縣市國小初任校長競值領導角色與教師專業承諾之關係問卷」,以高雄縣市國民小學有初任校長之教師為研究母群,實施問卷調查並作統計分析。研究結論發現,高雄縣市國小初任校長競值領導角色扮演愈積極,國小教師其教師專業承諾表現程度也愈佳;國小初任校長競值領導角色對教師專業承諾有顯著的預測力,其中以「內部過程」、「監督者」最能預測教師專業承諾。

This study aims at exploring the relationship between beginning school principals' leading role of competing value and elementary school teachers' professional commitment. First, the researcher gathered studies which were related to the difficulties that the beginning school principals ' needed to face, the role of competing value and elementary school teachers ' teaching commitment, and then the researcher explored and analyzed all collected studies and data. According to the data, the researcher proposed study structure and developed a questionnaire entitled "The Questionnaire of the Relationship between Beginning School Principals' Leading Role of Competing Value and Elementary School Teachers' Professional Commitment - A Case Study in Elementary Schools in Kaohsiung County and City" as the instrument to achieve the purpose of the study. Regarding contestants' responses to the questionnaire, the conclusions implied by statistical results are stated as follows: 1. Elementary school teachers' professional commitment is growing along with the aggressiveness of how the beginning school principals are playing the competing-value leading role. 2. Beginning principals' competing-value leading role is significantly predictive on the "internal process" and "supervisor" parts of teachers' professional commitment.
