高雄市國中小教師心理資本與專業承諾相關之研究

摘要


摘 要本研究採問卷調查法,以「高雄市國中小教師心理資本與專業承諾之研究調查問卷」為研究工具,高雄市公立國中和國小教師為研究對象。依據分層抽樣方法收集資料,共發出412份問卷。回收有效問卷共406份,研究方法以SPSS 22.0為統計工具,進行描述性統計分析;平均數t檢定;單因子變異數分析;積差相關與逐步多元迴歸分析進行資料處理分析。茲將研究結果歸納如下:一;高雄市國中小教師心理資本現況呈現中上水準,以「感恩」得分最高,「韌性」最低。二;高雄市國中小教師專業承諾現況呈現中上水準,以「專業倫理」得分最高,「研究進修」最低。三;在背景變項中,自覺虔誠宗教信仰之高雄市國中小教師,其心理資本表現具顯著差異。四;在背景變項中,自覺虔誠宗教信仰之高雄市國中小教師,其專業承諾表現具顯著差異。五;高雄市國中小教師心理資本與專業承諾具有顯著正相關。六;高雄市國中小教師心理資本對專業承諾具有正向預測力,其中「樂觀」層面的預測力最強。本研究根據以上結論,提出幾點建議提供學校教師;學校行政單位與後續研究作參考。

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to survey elementary and junior high school teachers’ psychological capital (PsyCap) and professional commitment in order to identify the relationship between the two based on individual’s background. This research aims to understand the predictability of teacher’s professional commitment based on their PsyCap. The target population of the survey is elementary and junior high school teachers in Kaohsiung. The researcher took a sample of participants using stratified sampling. The questionnaire was distributed to 412 participants, of which 406 responded. The response rate is higher than 98%. After collecting survey responses, we used SPSS 22.0 to analyze the data, and obtained the results of descriptive analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and multiple regression analysis. Conclusions are the following : 1. The status quo of the PsyCap of junior high school teachers in Kaohsiung is at medium or high level. Among the positive capabilities of PsyCap, gratitude capital scores the highest, while resiliency capital scores the lowest. 2. The current state of the professional commitment of junior high school teachers in Kaohsiung is at medium or high level. Among the items of professional commitment, professional ethics has the best results, while research training has the worst.3. Teachers with different religious beliefs have significant differences in their PsyCap.4.Teachers with different religious beliefs have significant differences in their professional commitment5. Teacher’s PsyCap has positive correlation with their professional commitment.6. Teacher’s PsyCap can be used to predict their professional commitment. Among the capabilities of PsyCap, optimism is the best indicator for prediction. Based on this research, we make some recommendations to teachers and school administrative department for future studies.
