旅館櫃檯人員的工作生活品質與工作壓力對工作績效之影響

The Impact of Quality of Work Life and Work Stress on Job Performance among Hotel Front Office Employees

摘要


長期以來,旅館櫃檯人員的工作生活品質與工作壓力不被重視,本研究旨在探討旅館櫃檯人員工作生活品質、工作壓力對工作績效之影響,以臺灣國際觀光旅館為研究範圍。研究目的有五:(1)探討國際觀光旅館櫃檯人員的工作生活品質與工作壓力之間的相互關係與影響;(2)探討國際觀光旅館櫃檯人員的工作生活品質對工作績效之影響;(3) 探討國際觀光旅館櫃檯人員的工作生活品質是否透過降低工作壓力對工作績效造成正向影響;(4)探討國際觀光旅館櫃檯人員的工作壓力對工作績效之影響;(5)探討國際觀光旅館櫃檯人員的工作壓力是否透過工作生活品質影響工作績效。本研究採立意取樣方式進行問卷調查,研究對象選取全臺72間國際觀光旅館櫃檯人員。問卷發放900份,共有54間國際觀光旅館的櫃檯人員回應,回收問卷達629份,其中有效問卷為474份,有效問卷回收率為52.670%。研究結果僅支持受測的旅館櫃檯人員的工作生活品質對工作績效產生正向影響。

This study aims to explore the relationship among Quality of Work Life, Work Stress and Work Performance of the front office employees in the international tourist hotels in Taiwan. The purposes of this study are to (1) explore the impact of Quality of Work Life on Work Stress; (2) explore the impact of Quality of Work Life on Work Performance; (3) explore the impact of Quality of Work Life on Work Performance through Work Stress as the mediator; (4) explore the impact of Work Stress on Work Performance; and (5) explore the impact of Work Stress on Work Performance through Quality of Work Life as the mediator. The research data were collected by a purposive sampling method. The research objects were the front office employees of 72 international tourist hotels in Taiwan. Nine hundred copies of questionnaires were distributed. Finally, a total of 474 valid questionnaires from 54 hotels were received. The results indicated a positive impact of Quality of Work Life on Work Performance.
