國民小學已婚女教師家務分工與婚姻滿意度之相關研究-以南部某縣市為例

摘要

本研究主要在探討已婚女教師在家務分工與婚姻滿意度之間關係。以任教於高雄市國民小學之已婚女教師為研究對象。根據研究者參考文獻及專家建議而修訂「家務分工」及「婚姻滿意度」量表為研究工具，隨機抽樣415 名高雄市國民小學之已婚女教師為施測對象，回收有效問卷為350 份。研究發現：一、已婚女教師在家務分工滿意度達中上滿意程度。二、已婚女教師在婚姻滿意度滿意度達中上滿意程度。三、不同背景之每天家務工作時數在「家務工作照料」、「家務公平觀」及「家務參與情形」有顯著差異。配偶教育程度在「家庭成員照料」有顯著差異。配偶是否正在進修「家務工作照料」「家庭成員照料」、「家務參與情形」及「整體家務分工滿意度」有顯著差異。四、不同背景之年齡在婚姻滿意度中「性愛關係」、「婚姻價值觀」「個人價值」及「整體的婚姻滿意度」有顯著差異。有無子女在「個人價值」有顯著差異。配偶教育程度在「性愛關係」、「婚姻價值觀」「個人價值」及「整體的婚姻滿意度」有顯著差異。配偶正在進修與否在「整體的婚姻滿意度」有顯著差異。五、高雄市國民小學已婚女教師的家務分工和婚姻滿意度有正顯著相關。

This study aims to investigate the relationship between domestic work division and marriage satisfaction in married female teachers, and enrolled married female teachers working in elementary schools located in Kaohsiung City as subjects. The researcher reviewed literatures and took suggestions of specialists, modified the scales ＂Domestic Work Division＂ and ＂Marriage Satisfaction＂ to serve as research tools, randomly sampled 415 married female teachers from elementary schools in Kaohsiung as subjects, and recycled 350 questionnaires which were determined effective. This research found that: 1. Married female teachers expressed medium and higher level of satisfaction in domestic work division. 2. Married female teachers expressed medium and higher level of marriage satisfaction. 3. There was significant difference among ＂attending domestic work＂, ＂fairness perspective on domestic work＂, and ＂participation of domestic work＂ related to hours spent by the subjects on domestic works. Pauses’ educational levels were significantly different in ＂tending family members.＂ There was significant difference in whether the pauses were attending refresher courses ＂Attending Domestic Work＂, ＂Tending Family Members＂, and ＂Participation of Domestic Work＂, and ＂Overall Satisfaction on Division of Domestic Work.＂ 4. Age of different backgrounds has significant difference in ＂sexual relations＂, ＂marriage values＂, ＂personal values＂, and ＂overall marriage satisfaction＂ of the marriage satisfaction. The subjects were significantly different in ＂personal values＂ with the background having or having not children. Educational levels of spouses were significantly different in ＂sexual relations＂, ＂marriage values＂, ＂personal values＂, and ＂overall marriage satisfaction.＂ There was significant difference in ＂overall marriage satisfaction＂ between the spouses who were and were not taking refresher courses. 5. There was positive correlation between domestic work division and marriage satisfaction in married female teachers from elementary schools in Kaohsiung City.
